I was really lucky they had someone available in the area, and I was able to get a new tank installed by 3pm after just calling them around 9am – it was fantastic service!”

I’m really concerned about this experience. I was tailgated for a significant distance, from Monroe to near Duvall, by a driver – van #42 – who was driving extremely aggressively. This behavior is incredibly reckless and I worry it’s going to lead to a lawsuit for the company. I sent them a video to document this, expressing my concern about the upload, but their response was completely dismissive; they simply said the file never downloaded. It was frustrating that they didn't follow up to see if I could resend it, and thankfully I was able to send it from my phone where it worked. Their lack of seriousness about addressing this aggressive driving is completely unacceptable.
