  “I was incredibly pleased with CertaPro’s service. We had some water damage on our ceilings that needed a full repair and repaint, and they handled everything so efficiently and professionally. They were really fast and the quality of their work was fantastic, especially considering the price. What really stood out was when my landlady added some extra work on the day they were scheduled to paint – they seamlessly accommodated it and got the whole job done in just a few hours! Honestly, the finished product was amazing; you barely noticed the original damage, except in one small area, but even then, it was very subtle. I’ll definitely be using CertaPro again for any future painting projects and I wholeheartedly recommend them.” report abuse

  Overall, the painting crew did a fantastic job – the quality of their work was excellent, and they were incredibly respectful and responsive. However, I had to give them just one star off because of some communication issues leading up to the project. When Keith came to assess our needs and provide an estimate, he painted a picture of the process that turned out to be completely unrealistic. He told us they’d be working in two rooms at a time, allowing us to stay in the house while they worked, and that we’d just need to pack two rooms at a time. The reality was much different; they needed three spaces prepared simultaneously, which left us constantly juggling empty rooms. More frustratingly, Keith wasn't always responsive to my questions, often going weeks without a reply. Then, the day before the job was supposed to begin, he contacted us with an emergency, delaying the start date by four days with no clear communication. It was incredibly stressful being left in the dark, and I really appreciated it when it all eventually worked out, but the initial lack of communication and the inconsistent responses from Keith made the whole experience quite frustrating. report abuse

  Overall, the job was really well done – they completely finished scraping and painting all ten shutters in a single day, which was fantastic. However, the manager was a little late sending them out, and they arrived half an hour behind schedule, requiring a trip to the paint store. Despite that small hiccup, the price was competitive with other quotes we received. report abuse

  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work CertaPro did on our main floor and upstairs! Maurizio and his crew did an amazing job – truly stunning work, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, with Derek’s estimate, to Keith’s scheduling, and finally working with Maurizio and his team, everyone we interacted with was incredibly polite and professional.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with CertaPro Painters. We’d used them before for painting our previous home and were so pleased with the quality of their work, which is why we chose them again for our condo in Frederick. The estimator was fantastic – he was quick to respond and really helped us get the project done within our tight moving timeframe. However, we did notice a few missed spots and some spills on our rugs after the painting was finished. I contacted Keith, the manager, and he was incredibly responsive and understanding. He immediately came out to assess the situation and agreed with our concerns. He went above and beyond by having our rugs cleaned and sending a new team out to repaint the entire condo – and the second team did a truly excellent job! We really appreciated Keith’s willingness to address our concerns and repaint the condo at no extra cost; it’s clear CertaPro Painters is a trustworthy and reliable business.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with CertaPro Painters of Frederick. They did a fantastic job painting our two-story foyer, upper hall, and powder room – the whole space looks brand new! They took care of everything, filling in nail holes, fixing drywall issues, and expertly caulking the trim and crown molding. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the oversight we received; they made sure we were completely happy with the results.   CertaPro of Frederick did an absolutely fantastic job painting the exterior of our Queen Anne home. Keith was so helpful and knowledgeable, patiently answering all of my questions about how to properly prepare and paint a house of this age – it’s a 133-year-old beauty! The whole team was friendly and really listened to our needs throughout the project. What really stood out was their responsiveness; on the final day, I pointed out a few minor touch-ups, and the supervisor immediately addressed several of them, assuring us the rest would be taken care of right away.   “Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the entire operation. From the initial consultation, where the estimator took the time to fully understand my needs and explain everything involved, to the final cleanup, it was just outstanding. The three-person team were fantastic – they were really communicative, showed me exactly what they were doing and how the garage would look, and honestly, the level of service they provided was better than anything I’ve experienced at some really expensive restaurants. It was a truly top-notch job and definitely worth every penny. My only wish is that they offered electrical services too, because the quality of the contractor was so exceptional.” report abuse

They completely corrected the issue – sanding, priming, and painting it beautifully. The finished product looks fantastic!
