Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this security company. They were completely unreliable – we had several issues and they never responded or took any action promptly. It’s frustrating when you need them most, and they just weren’t there. While the billing was always handled correctly, that’s really not a valuable service if the security itself isn’t dependable. I strongly recommend looking for a different company.

“I initially reached out to Robert Abbruzzi at D&S Security back in March to discuss video surveillance monitoring. While he initially requested some additional information, which I promptly provided, I haven’t heard back consistently. Despite multiple phone calls and emails over the past six months, I’ve received sporadic responses and extended delays. Given that D&S Security is a smaller business, I was patient and gave them ample opportunity. However, the complete lack of communication – no proposals and no response to my inquiries – is concerning. I truly appreciate honesty and would have much more respect for the business if they’d simply provided a clear indication of whether they could or couldn’t fulfill my needs. Based on this experience, I’d strongly advise anyone considering D&S Security to look elsewhere.”

The system never worked, despite repeated attempts to get it fixed, and we were constantly being charged for a service we couldn't actually receive. Their communication was awful – they’d lie about fixing things and then become abusive when we questioned it. Absolutely not worth the money or the hassle.”

Honestly, we were incredibly disappointed with the service we received. It seemed like the technician had no real understanding of alarm systems and just kept recommending expensive replacements for our keypads and panels without actually diagnosing the problem. We ended up wasting countless hours and a significant amount of money on unnecessary repairs. It was clear they were just trying to bill us for doing nothing. We strongly advise against using this company.

It was extremely unprofessional and I sincerely hope it doesn't negatively impact your service for other customers.
