    Overall, I’ve really enjoyed working with Paul – he’s a pleasure to talk to and a fantastic colleague. The rest of the office staff are also wonderful. However, I did have a less positive experience with the two technicians who initially came out to address the repairs. The owner did eventually come out to discuss the issue with me, which was appreciated. I really like Furlongs though! report abuse

However, I’m a little concerned about some of the newer team members.
