  Overall, I’ve really enjoyed working with Paul – he’s a pleasure to talk to and a fantastic colleague. The rest of the office staff are also wonderful. However, I did have a less positive experience with the two technicians who initially came out to address the repairs. The owner did eventually come out to discuss the issue with me, which was appreciated. I really like Furlongs though! report abuse

  “I’ve been a loyal Furlong’s client for over 25 years, and I’ve always valued the truly personalized service the Westbrooks provide, particularly their commitment to keeping monitoring fees reasonable. However, I’m a little concerned about some of the newer team members. We recently saw a small price increase, and frankly, it reminded me that new companies sometimes look to expand their offerings and increase fees – something I’ve seen happen before.
