“Penny Earned and her team did an absolutely fantastic job on my shop pad and walkways. They were incredibly professional and really took the time to understand what I wanted. They were so helpful, working diligently to get the leveling just right and they were great at collaborating with me to achieve the best result. The whole area was left spotless, and the concrete work itself is beautiful – I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.”

“We were really pleased with the work done by the team at PennyEarned LLC. They delivered exactly what we needed – a reinforced slab with footers for our new room addition and a separate sectioned-off area for our patio.”

“I was really pleased with my experience working with Penny Earned. They delivered fantastic work, provided excellent customer service, and the quality was top-notch. I was particularly impressed that they managed to complete my large project within just one week!”

“We were thrilled with the finished stamped concrete patio Penny Earned created – it’s absolutely transformed our backyard and we really appreciate the beautiful work. The crew was fantastic and professional, and we especially appreciated how quickly they kept us updated about the weather delays. However, we were incredibly disappointed with how the company handled a serious issue. The concrete truck drove onto our driveway and cracked our existing concrete. We immediately pointed this out when we picked up the payment and provided photographic evidence from our security camera, but we haven’t received any communication or attempt to resolve the problem since. It’s truly frustrating that after such a positive experience with the patio installation itself, they’ve shown no willingness to address this damage. We feel completely disregarded, especially considering this is a Veteran-owned business, and we expected a more responsive and respectful approach.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work Penny Earned did on my patio – it was a complete transformation! The quality of their workmanship is truly outstanding, and they’re clearly the best in the business. I’m so impressed, I’ve already scheduled them to replace my deck with concrete – I highly recommend them!”

Overall, our experience with this company was mixed. We were really happy with the initial pond rebuild in 2020/2021, but unfortunately, we’ve since had some significant issues. A year later, the pond was completely overgrown with grass, and they left massive piles of timber at the edge of the property – piles that are now a fire hazard. One of those piles is even in the pond itself. Considering we paid $25,000 for the project, it’s frustrating that we can’t actually enjoy it. However, we did have a really positive experience in 2019 when they handled our land clearing. The operator was fantastic, completed the job exactly as we wanted, and even worked through the rain without causing much damage. They were also very accommodating by arriving a day early.

Tom did a fantastic job with my driveway! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the different options clearly, which helped me make the right decision. I especially appreciated his crew’s professionalism – they were courteous, completed the work in just two days, and they were incredibly careful not to damage any of the landscaping around the edges. The finished driveway looks amazing, and it’s definitely boosted the curb appeal of my house, which is great as I’m selling.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I contacted this business two weeks ago to request an estimate, and despite leaving my contact information, I haven't heard anything – not a phone call, not an email. It feels like they’re not taking me seriously, and honestly, their response time raises serious concerns about the quality of work they’d provide.

“I was incredibly impressed with this crew’s work on our dock steps – they really went above and beyond what I anticipated. They were so hardworking and respectful, and honestly, we’d love to have them do our patio too. We’ll definitely be using them for all our future projects.”

“I was absolutely thrilled with the work Penney Earned did on my backyard patio. They did an amazing job – I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! What really impressed me was their care and attention to detail; they carefully dug out the forms by hand to avoid any damage to my yard, and the patio looked like it had always been there. The crew was fantastic – friendly, professional, and they really put in the effort. I highly recommend Penney Earned for any stamped concrete project.”
