I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a used book from Lauren C. The book arrived damaged and misrepresented as new, and despite my repeated attempts – twelve times in fact – to request a replacement or refund, she consistently dodged my requests and offered no resolution. It felt like she was deliberately avoiding a fair outcome. Ultimately, I’m left with a useless, damaged book and a significant lack of customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest seller, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
