  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I scheduled a land survey for my property a week in advance, and when I called on the day of to check on the progress, I received no communication whatsoever. After multiple unanswered calls and being told to try again later, the surveyor simply didn’t show up. It was a complete waste of my time and I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Jeff Coats and his team. There was a clear lack of professionalism and respect. When I asked a basic question about the property, his grandson responded rudely, insisting he wasn’t on the property despite being clearly visible on the road, and confirmed by my daughter and neighbors. Furthermore, he refused to show us the property markers. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend Jeff Coats’ land surveying services and would rate them zero.” report abuse

Their communication was fantastic – they were always responsive and easy to work with.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I followed up on a closing survey two weeks ago, and while Guthrie initially responded and assured me it would be completed, he never followed through. Despite multiple emails and calls, I’ve been met with silence and unhelpful staff who seemed completely unaware of the urgency of the situation.   “I can’t recommend this company at all. From the start, Mr. Jefcoat wasn’t truthful about timelines, and we ended up dealing with a lot of frustrating delays and broken promises. It took a painstaking five months to just get a simple issue resolved, and ultimately, we had to abandon the project and start over with a different company.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. Despite reaching out multiple times, I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment to complete the work I needed. I didn't receive any callbacks, and it seemed they weren’t particularly interested in my project.   “I was really disappointed with Jeffcoat Engineers and Surveyors LLC. They conducted a survey for my property despite my real estate agent already providing them with the original survey – twice. Following this, I received a shockingly inflated bill for double the quoted price simply for flagging the property. When I contacted Osceola Guthrie Jeffcoat about the billing, he was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting in a completely unprofessional manner. It was frankly appalling that he’d undertaken an unauthorized survey and then reacted so defensively when I raised concerns. I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse
