  “I had a really positive experience with QSP Plumbing. I called about a leaking sink valve, and Jose was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and managed to squeeze me in for a service appointment right before the end of the day. The same-day service was a huge relief! He explained everything clearly and I knew exactly what was going on – it turned out to be some standard, builder-grade valves that hadn't been installed correctly.   Jose was fantastic! He responded so quickly when my kitchen drain got clogged, and he really put me at ease with his explanation of potential costs. He’s a genuinely friendly and approachable guy, and he not only fixed the problem efficiently but did a really thorough job. What really impressed me was that he didn't just address the clog; he also noticed a problem with our disposal, pointing out it was likely an issue left over from the previous owners’ plumbing.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service Jose provided. He was so responsive – he got here the very next day to fix our clogged pipe, and even took care of a problem with our shower drain.
