They took the time to explain everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and honestly, they went above and beyond!   Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received. Given some unexpected home repairs, I had a limited budget, and they were incredibly understanding and worked with me on the price. Importantly, they didn’t cut corners on quality – three guys did a fantastic job completely transforming my garage, including spraying the ceiling and trimming, and they left everything spotless.   I was really disappointed with the service I received. The technician who came to my home wasn’t very communicative about the project – installing joist and attic insulation, along with a vapor barrier for my new addition – and simply went through the work without explaining his approach. He mentioned checking the crawl space but left before actually doing so. It took a full five days to receive the estimate, which was incredibly slow considering how highly recommended this company is. Also, I was told the crawl space was in a different room than what was pictured, which adds another layer to my disappointment with the lack of clarity and attention to detail." report abuse

  Overall, Mid Michigan Spray Foam did a fantastic job – the insulation was excellent and the price was really competitive. I was also really impressed with their honesty and responsiveness; they quickly took responsibility for some minor damage that occurred during the process and went above and beyond to fix it.
