Everyone was so friendly and respectful, and they were a pleasure to work with.   “I was absolutely blown away by Newkirk’s response when a tree fell and damaged my power meter, mast, and weather head, taking down the power line. The power company couldn’t get the service back on until those issues were addressed. But Newkirk responded incredibly quickly – they sent two guys out within an hour, and they had everything repaired and cleaned up in less than two hours!   “Honestly, my experience with Newkirk was incredibly disappointing. They were working nearby on U.S. 131 and, despite promising to leave the property as they found it, they did a shockingly poor job. Their cleanup crew was really lacking, essentially leveling the area with equipment that left a mess of dirt, 4x4s, and uneven spots. We ended up having to completely redo the grading ourselves, and they hadn’t even bothered to properly seed some areas. The property still has the original chain link fence they never replaced and scattered old fence posts. There’s still a lot of debris left behind, and I’m still cleaning up after them. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them at all.” report abuse

  Overall, Newkirk did a fantastic job responding to our urgent needs following the fire. The service team arrived quickly and efficiently installed the necessary power to the panel. We were really pleased that the inspector approved the work, and Consumers also confirmed it was done correctly. The service team consistently receives positive feedback, and they themselves mentioned Newkirk is their top choice. The building contractors were also very grateful for their prompt scheduling – it was a huge relief for them. report abuse
