  “Overall, the situation was incredibly frustrating. While the leadership team responded quickly and took responsibility by apologizing and providing corrected drawings, the initial experience with the engineer was deeply concerning. He was essentially unavailable to take on the core tasks he was contracted for, produced drawings that were unusable, and demonstrated a completely unacceptable lack of professionalism, including blaming my team for his errors. His arrogant and dishonest communication throughout the process was particularly disappointing, especially considering the title of ‘Professional Engineers’.” report abuse
