  “We absolutely love our new luxury vinyl plank floors – finally no more carpet! We got a few estimates, but Mitch from AJ Rose in Natick really stood out. He was fantastic; he spotted some potential problems during his initial assessment and offered great solutions. You could tell he’s a seasoned pro, having installed floors for over 30 years. We knew we’d made the right choice going with AJ Rose. The installation team – Jared, Dave, and Jake – were incredible! They were so efficient, polite, and even funny, and Jared’s son, Jared, really carries on his father’s excellent work. They took care of absolutely everything, moving our furniture with ease and even returning it exactly where we wanted it. They were incredibly respectful of our space, and worked tirelessly for a full week. Honestly, it was seamless!   We were so pleased with A.J. Rose’s work on our stairs back in 2017 that we knew exactly where to turn when it was time for a new carpet. We were thrilled to find Andrew, who’d previously helped us, was still there and just as fantastic! The carpet arrived promptly, and the installers did a truly excellent job – they were incredibly thorough, careful, polite, and efficient, leaving our stairway spotless with no mess behind. report abuse

  Overall, the team did a fantastic job – the sales process was smooth and the installation, including moving some heavy furniture, was handled with real expertise. I really appreciated the professionalism and peace of mind knowing experienced people were taking care of everything. My only concern was that they used my old carpet bar at the door, even though I’d requested a new one. It seemed like it might have been a replacement for one that broke during the installation, but I wasn’t given a direct explanation. report abuse

  “Overall, the pre-sales experience was really positive, but unfortunately the installation itself was a significant letdown. While the team were friendly and helpful beforehand, the actual installation left a lot to be desired. They managed to scratch and scuff the paint on the walls, and the rug looked terrible where it met the baseboards. The seam in the closet was particularly bad – it wasn’t cut straight and was very noticeable, requiring two visits from the installers to try and correct. They’ve improved it now, but left a noticeable discoloration in the closet. I’ve used AJ Rose before and had a great experience then, but this time it highlighted the importance of knowing exactly who will be doing the work – I'd definitely recommend requesting this information upfront and including it in the sales contract.” report abuse
