“We’re really frustrated. We paid a $1000 deposit three months ago for them to mark our property line and verify the setbacks for our new house next door, but we still haven’t seen any work done. Despite numerous calls and emails to check on the progress, we’ve received no response whatsoever. We’ve even requested a refund and haven’t heard anything back – it’s completely unacceptable.”

“I cannot recommend this company. We hired them to survey our property, mark our wetlands, and engineer a sewer connection, and it was a complete disaster. The surveyor actually damaged our fence, causing it to collapse, and we ended up footing the bill to have it repaired ourselves. They never contacted us to discuss the sewer line placement, making a completely incorrect assumption. We tried repeatedly to get them to follow up, but they were completely unresponsive. Ultimately, we had to pay for the entire job to be redone, and they haven’t even acknowledged our concerns since. Seriously, go somewhere else.”

“Honestly, this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had as a homeowner. I hired this company to research and mark my property lines, including putting up stakes and rods, and it was a complete disaster. I received a quote that was competitive at first, but after a month with no updates and minimal communication, it became clear they weren't prioritizing my project. They explained they were busy with other jobs, but I felt like I was being left in the dark. To try and help, I actually took the initiative and went to the town hall and county records office to find relevant documents – essentially doing some of their job for them. When I finally requested a refund, they told me my deposit had been “absorbed” by the time they’d spent researching. It was incredibly disappointing to lose my deposit and receive no tangible result for my money. I felt completely unsupported and, ultimately, switched to another company who delivered on their promises in a fraction of the time.”

“We were really pleased with Field Resources. They handled everything – surveying our land and working with the town officials – with a fantastic level of respect and professionalism. Diane was especially helpful, always available to answer our questions and clearly explain the whole process. We wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“I can’t recommend this surveying business. I was extremely disappointed with their service. They took an unreasonably long time to complete the project, and the worst part was their complete lack of communication – they never followed up with me via email or phone. To add to that, they significantly increased the original estimate, ultimately charging me double the quoted amount. It was a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to advise others to avoid them.”

Overall, the team was really great – friendly and always willing to help. There were no issues at all.
-
The service was fantastic – really attentive and helpful, and everything ran incredibly smoothly and on time.
