  Honestly, my experience with Interstate Rental was really concerning. It seemed like the team there wasn’t well-versed in the necessary regulations – their equipment didn't meet Mass RMV and DOT standards. To make matters worse, there was unregistered equipment on the property, and they offered a dismissive response when I inquired about a tail light adapter, essentially telling me I didn't need them. Unfortunately, I was subsequently pulled over and fined for not having functioning tail lights. Given my 15 years of experience in the equipment rental industry and my prior ownership of similar equipment, I was deeply worried about their maintenance practices; it felt like the equipment hadn't been properly serviced in years. Because of these issues, I would strongly recommend exploring other rental options. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They stated their closing time was 3:30 PM on Saturday, but I called multiple times and no one answered, even leaving a message at 2:00 PM. I didn’t receive a return call until Monday morning, and when someone finally did call, the communication was extremely difficult due to very poor English. Ultimately, they didn’t follow up and directed me to go elsewhere – I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. report abuse
