  LePage & Sons did an absolutely fantastic job – I couldn’t be happier! They were incredibly reasonable in price and worked so quickly. They finished the roof and completely cleaned up the yard before I even left in the morning, which was amazing. Honestly, the only thing that was slightly off was that they missed just two nails, which was impressive considering how overgrown my lawn was when they started. But the best part was Butch’s response when he noticed my expensive grill was dented – he proactively called me to apologize and, recognizing the damage, took care of covering the repair cost. It was truly refreshing to see someone take responsibility and prioritize customer satisfaction.   I had a really frustrating experience with this company. Initially, Bruce presented himself as a reliable source for a 30-year roof guarantee, and I was impressed. However, once his son got involved, the promises fell apart – they suddenly claimed the 30-year guarantee wasn't feasible. To make matters worse, they proceeded to install 15 immigrant workers on my roof, already tearing down my old roof. A year has passed, and they still haven't completed the work. I’ve paid the full amount for the services and equipment, but nothing has been delivered or installed. I’ve been unable to get any response from them, and I’m now escalating my complaint through my state representatives and the Better Business Bureau. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this business. report abuse

  Mike LePage did a fantastic job fixing the leak in our 3-season porch roof. We received three bids, and two contractors wanted to replace the entire roof, but Mike correctly diagnosed the issue as just needing to reseal the awning brackets. He was incredibly cost-effective, charging a fraction of what the others were asking. We had a huge downpour the other night, and thankfully the porch stayed completely dry – the first time in a year! We were really impressed with his talent, honesty, and smart approach. report abuse
