  “I’ve recently completed building my home with River Hills, and I’m so pleased to say it was a fantastic experience – a real turnaround from my previous build nine years ago. I originally gave them four stars, but they absolutely earned a five-star rating this time. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, they were incredibly organized, and everyone I dealt with was professional. They handled the inevitable hiccups with grace, always finding solutions to keep things moving forward. Building during Covid presented unique challenges, but they navigated it all brilliantly. I especially appreciated that they allowed me the freedom to choose my own lighting fixtures and that they stood behind the contractors they worked with. Honestly, I’d heard so many stories about the stress of building a custom home, but my experience with River Hills was remarkably smooth. A huge thanks to Lee, Eli, Greg, Teresa, and everyone else involved – I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever decide to build a third home!” report abuse

  “We absolutely love our home, which we built with River Hills Custom Homes back in 2015. It’s just stunning, and the quality of the construction is fantastic. Lee and his team were fantastic – they really listened to our needs and concerns, and were so pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. We did have a couple of minor issues with the build, which is normal for new construction, but River Hills responded incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to get everything sorted out for us. Jayne was also a wonderful, friendly person to deal with.   Carrie and Nathan were so pleased with Eli and Lee – they’d been searching for a builder for quite some time and really felt like Eli and Lee truly got what they were looking for.
