  “I hired this company for several small jobs, but they consistently failed to complete anything. They were unable to replace two exterior lights because our Christmas lights were blocking the fixtures, and Charles promised to return and finish the work after the holidays – I paid him in full. However, he stopped responding to my messages after a few months and never returned to complete the job. Honestly, I was disappointed that he didn’t follow through, especially since the remaining work is minimal.” report abuse

  “We absolutely loved working with Smith Company, especially Kain and his team. We recently had our 15-year-old master bathroom completely remodeled, and it was honestly a fantastic experience. They took the bathroom down to the studs and subfloor and did a brilliant job with everything – removing a wall, reworking the shower/tub, installing new tile, cabinets, plumbing, and electrical. Kain and his team not only stuck to our agreed-upon schedule and budget, but they even made some really helpful changes along the way.   “Unfortunately, our experience with SmithCo Remodeling was extremely disappointing. While the work they did manage to finish looked okay, they completely failed to fulfill their contract by not installing the new stair rail they promised. After demolishing the old rail, they’ve been unable to complete the job, now eight days later, and are refusing to do so. The whole situation escalated when they missed four consecutive days of work and then became unresponsive when I expressed my concerns. We strongly advise anyone considering working with Charles Smith and Smithco Remodeling to proceed with extreme caution.” report abuse

  “SmithCo did a fantastic job completely revamping the exterior of our house. The original builder had cut corners, which unfortunately led to some issues with the trim and back door. SmithCo took care of everything – they replaced the door and frame, added a beautiful awning, and meticulously replaced all the trim with flashing. It’s clear they’re committed to quality workmanship and have a great team. We’re really looking forward to working with them on future projects to improve our home’s value.” report abuse
