  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. About seven years ago, their son sold me a home audio system that’s completely stopped working, and unfortunately, the parts are no longer available. Instead of offering any real support, they simply suggested I buy a brand new system. To add to the issue, Neil in service was incredibly unresponsive to my voicemails – it was very difficult to get a helpful response.” report abuse
