I’ve been consistently impressed with their reliability – they consistently meet deadlines and stick to the agreed-upon budget. Working with Jose and Daniel has been a real pleasure; they’re both incredibly professional, dedicated, and really knowledgeable about their work.   “I can’t recommend JLV highly enough. We’ve been so impressed with their work, particularly after dealing with the significant damage to our home from two hurricanes and a tornado. The roof they installed back in 2017 has held up incredibly well – unlike many of our neighbors’ roofs, none of the shingles have come loose, even during Hurricane Ida. And their 6’ wooden fence, put in after the tornado, also stood strong during those fierce winds. We’ll definitely be using JLV for all our future interior and exterior projects.” report abuse

  I am incredibly disappointed with the service we received from this contractor. Communication was a huge issue – the woman handling our project, who was supposedly the project manager, couldn't speak English properly, making it impossible to understand what was going on. Despite numerous calls and promises, they failed to address the problems with our home, and it’s been months since we initially contacted them. Now that they’ve been paid, our project has completely fallen by the wayside. Furthermore, the operations manager was completely unhelpful, demonstrating a lack of construction knowledge and was frankly rude to my wife. To make matters worse, they used an unlicensed plumber to do the work, and we’ve been stuck paying thousands to get everything corrected. I've since filed a complaint with the licensing board in an effort to get this resolved. report abuse
