  “I’m incredibly disappointed with JLM. We had a serious roof leak that caused a water stain in our children’s bedroom, and they initially quoted $200 to fix it. However, they promised to send someone out, and they never did. I spent weeks calling and getting repeatedly told “someone will be there tomorrow,” but no one ever arrived. Now, with more rain, the damage is significantly worse. It’s completely unacceptable that they couldn’t keep their word – I strongly advise everyone to avoid JLM.” report abuse
