“I unfortunately cannot recommend Mr. Crockett’s services. During a recent home inspection for foundation damage in Chalmette, I found him to be unprofessional and lacking in expertise. He seemed primarily focused on maximizing profit and displayed a concerning lack of knowledge about local construction standards. His attempts to suggest insurance fraud were particularly troubling, and I felt he wasn’t properly informed about the area he was inspecting. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“Kennon was fantastic to work with! He was always professional, arrived on time, and was genuinely friendly. He really knocked it out of the park with our project, completing it quickly and demonstrating a great understanding of the work. I’ve already recommended him to a few friends, and I’ll absolutely be hiring him again.”

“This person consistently does a fantastic job handling city building permits – really reliable and does great work.”

Mr. Crockett’s evaluation was completely unsatisfactory. I hired him after my general home inspector flagged serious foundation issues, but he never actually performed a proper inspection. He simply took my money and sent a brief text saying he’d send a report, then asked if I’d paid. He never followed through. When I pressed him about the lack of a report, he became defensive, even suggesting I had nothing to worry about. Then, he brought in another foundation company representative, and claimed his inspector never goes under houses – which is obviously a critical part of a foundation assessment. Now, almost three weeks later, I still haven’t received a report, and when I requested a refund, he only returned a portion of my payment, claiming he’d keep the rest for an “oral report.” I wouldn’t trust Mr. Crockett or his services.

“I was really impressed with their professionalism – it was truly top-notch and made for a very polished experience.”

“I can’t recommend this guy enough! I’d been completely frustrated with another company for two weeks – they kept messing everything up. He stepped in and, within 24 hours, had all three drafts I needed, properly stamped and submitted. He even went above and beyond to help me find a reliable contractor. Seriously, he completely took the stress out of a really difficult situation. Fantastic service!”
-
“Honestly, I was really disappointed with his reliability. He missed the appointment twice and didn’t even send a cancellation text, which was completely unprofessional. While I initially overlooked the first instance, it was unacceptable that he didn’t communicate at all.”
-
“I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Crockett. He was incredibly professional and efficient – a fantastic asset for any engineering project.”
