  I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, Mike and his team were incredibly professional, always on time, and treated us with courtesy. They completely replaced our windows and siding, and the quality of their work was outstanding – truly exceeding my expectations. Plus, they even took care of a few smaller repairs to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. They were also incredibly conscientious about cleaning up after themselves each day.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work HPH did to make my house more comfortable. Larry and his team quickly identified the main causes of the drafts – particularly in the attic and basement – and got straight to work sealing, insulating, and weatherstripping. The energy audit itself was impressively fast, taking less than 90 minutes, and the interior work, which focused on the attic and basement, took about seven hours. They took the time to understand how I use the house, which I really appreciated. They even replaced the old aluminum soffit with vinyl and insulation, and added hard insulation and a gasket to the attic hatch. They topped off the insulation in the attic and insulated the basement rim, and even created a smart fan system for my bathroom. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism – they let me know right away when they accidentally broke a light bulb in the basement and handled the cleanup perfectly. And, of course, the final result is fantastic; my house is so much warmer and more comfortable now. Considering the excellent value and the potential BGE rebate, I’d definitely recommend HPH and would use their services again! report abuse
