Frank from Essex Engineering & Survey was fantastic to work with. He was always incredibly responsive, picking up the phone whenever I had a question or needed an update on the survey work. He delivered the job on time, and I really appreciated his honesty when I checked in with him about the progress – he was upfront about needing a little extra time, but he followed through and completed the job quickly. It was just one quick call to get an update, and honestly, his communication made the whole process really smooth. I’d definitely recommend Frank for any surveying needs; he’s reliable and easy to work with.

Frank Iebba has been fantastic to work with. His deep understanding of Newton’s civil engineering requirements is truly invaluable, and he’s always been so friendly, reliable, and professional. He consistently returns my calls promptly and is incredibly helpful when I have questions about the city’s housing rules – I’m very satisfied with his service!

Frank was, unfortunately, a really poor experience. It took him three months to complete my project, and it was ultimately unfinished. We’ve been trying to get in touch with him repeatedly with no response. Now I’m having to pursue legal action, and honestly, I’d strongly recommend paying an extra $1000 to avoid him completely. It’s simply not worth the hassle – you’ll regret using his services.

Frank’s services unfortunately didn’t meet our needs. We ultimately had to hire another company because he was consistently unresponsive and the drawings he produced weren’t suitable for our project.
