From start to finish, Larry was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our vision and offered some brilliant ideas to maximize our land while minimizing the impact on trees and ensuring plenty of natural light. It’s amazing to see everyone commenting on how clever he was with the window placement and cabinet design – we always say, “That was Larry’s idea!” Larry was also a really great communicator, keeping us fully informed every step of the way. We stayed perfectly on budget, and Larry was always completely transparent about any potential changes and their costs, which made the whole process so much easier. And we were so impressed with the sub-contractors he worked with – they were all wonderful and did incredible work. He really listened to my budget and helped me create a home we absolutely loved, and he got it done really quickly.   Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new lake home – it’s been a dream come true! Larry Oaks and the whole Wausau team were fantastic to work with. Larry was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial design to getting all the necessary permits and handling every little detail. He was always readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. We were especially impressed with the speed and efficiency – the project went from breaking ground to completion in just over three months, and stayed right on budget.
