  I had a really positive experience with Garage Door Store this morning. My garage door wouldn’t open, and Julie in the service department quickly scheduled a technician to come out. Andy Meierhofer arrived and, it was great to hear he used to play football for Brainerd – he was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, and he was just a really nice guy, always addressing me as “Yes, Sir.” He took the time to explain everything he did and gave me some helpful tips for keeping my garage door maintained in the future. I’d definitely recommend Garage Door Store, and especially Andy, for any garage door work. report abuse

  Justin was fantastic! Our garage door cable snapped last night, and he was thankfully able to get here quickly – at 7:30 – to fix it. He replaced the cables and had the garage working again in just fifteen minutes. It was a huge relief, especially with my wife’s meeting at 1:00 and my doctor’s appointment the next day.
