“Mr. Beck did an absolutely fantastic job with the remodel plans for my new home addition. He went above and beyond, taking the time to meticulously create elevations and structural details – which was especially helpful with my non-standard design. As an owner builder, I wasn’t very familiar with the permitting process, and he was incredibly supportive and helpful guiding me through it. He even provided a detailed layout of the foundation lines during construction. Considering all the work he did on the structural plans and his on-site surveying, his pricing was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend him!”

“Beck & Associates were hired to assess a single structural issue in my home before I listed it for sale. However, the inspector went beyond that initial scope and included a lot of unnecessary concerns in their report. After submitting the report, the firm was difficult to reach and didn’t offer any support in coordinating with the contractor we hired to fix the problem. I was really disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and their unwillingness to help ensure the repairs were done correctly.”
-
“I was so impressed with Mr. Beck – he’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he delivered his product really quickly. The elevation certificate he provided us has already saved us over $1700 a year on our flood insurance, which is fantastic!”
-
“I can’t recommend Mr. Beck highly enough! He was fantastic – incredibly helpful and genuinely seemed invested in my project. Plus, his price was really competitive compared to other companies I contacted.”
-
“Beck consistently delivers results on time and clearly cares about his clients’ success – it’s fantastic to work with someone so dedicated.”
-
“I was really impressed with the results – I saved a significant 59% on my insurance. I’m likely to use his services just once for now, but I’ll definitely keep him in mind if I ever need anything else in the future.”
