Honestly, my experience with this landscaping service was really disappointing. I called twice to get a quote and never received a return call. The woman in the office took my information both times, promising someone would get back to me, but a week passed with no contact. When I called again, she essentially told me they weren’t interested, which felt incredibly unprofessional. It was a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Downer Brothers did a decent job getting our lawn back in shape after we had some trees removed, and they planted some new shrubs. However, we had a really frustrating experience with the communication. They rarely asked us for instructions or feedback, and it felt like the owner was more focused on talking than actually listening to our needs. We had to constantly follow up to make sure they were progressing, and unfortunately, they didn’t do a great job with the weeding – we wouldn't recommend them for that service. To top it off, we received a bill for work we hadn’t approved, which was completely unexpected and unacceptable.

They were completely unprofessional – when I contacted them about damage to my fence caused by their mower, they immediately dropped me as a client without any warning. On top of that, we’ve had constant issues with miscommunications regarding billing and the office staff just seemed incredibly disorganized. It was a consistently poor experience overall.”
