  “Overall, the team at Revision Energy were pleasant people, but I have to be honest – the experience was incredibly frustrating and took far too long. It took nearly two years to complete our solar project, and even after all the necessary materials were delivered, there were another five months of delays. A significant portion of that time was due to issues getting the system approved by the city’s electrical inspectors and also because the system wasn’t ready when EverSource arrived. I consistently followed up with SunBug Solar every six weeks to get updates, but it felt like we were constantly being put on hold. It’s really hard to say how much longer the project would have dragged on if I hadn't been so persistent. By nine months in, we'd already paid over 90% of the cost, and we still hadn’t seen any real progress. Working with Revision Energy requires an enormous amount of patience.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend ReVision highly enough! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional and honest. We went with them for our whole-home heat pumps and were so impressed with their integrity. We were initially considering solar, but Ted, our sales contact, was upfront – he actually had another assessment done (twice, because I asked!) and confirmed that our home and roof weren’t ideal for solar. Thankfully, he steered us toward the heat pumps, which are fantastic. Ted was amazing; he was so knowledgeable, patient, and never pushed us to buy more than we needed. He even suggested we scale back the number of heat pumps slightly, based on a careful load calculation, to avoid oversizing the system – a really smart move that he explained clearly. Once we decided to go with ReVision, Steph took over as our main point of contact, keeping us updated every step of the way and answering all our questions. Lisa was also fantastic, expertly guiding us through the rebate processes. The installation team – Frank, Rick, and Mark – were fantastic! They were respectful of our home, cleaned up meticulously after each day’s work, and involved us in every decision. It was truly a pleasure having them in our home.   “I’m so pleased with the heat pump installation ReVision did in my 1930s home. Marc was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our family’s needs and budget, and helped us design a system that was perfect for us. The detailed report and quote they provided gave us the confidence to move ahead, and I was really impressed that they handled the Mass Save rebate application, which significantly reduced our costs. I’d also strongly recommend getting a home energy audit through Mass Save if you’re eligible. It really helped them tailor the heat pump system to our home, making it much more efficient and saving us money in the long run. The process took a little longer than initially expected due to a change in the design to qualify for the rebate, but it was absolutely worth it. The installation itself was quick – just a few days – and the team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all our questions about the installation.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Revision. From the initial consultation with John, who really took the time to understand our needs and design the perfect heat pump and solar system, to the incredibly professional and efficient installation crew, and even Steph who handled all the scheduling and billing – everyone has been fantastic. They were always pleasant, responsive, and got the job done perfectly and tidily. We know Revision might be a little pricier than some, but it’s absolutely worth it. The quality of their work and the genuinely caring way they treat their team has completely paid us back tenfold.
