  Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic experience with ACE. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and responsive – Josh, in particular, was fantastic at keeping us informed with really detailed information about both our system and MassCEC’s requirements. It was so reassuring knowing they weren’t just trying to push a product; they genuinely took the time to explain everything. What really set them apart was how they addressed our concerns about the shed dormer. They independently confirmed our doubts about its suitability for solar panels, and then, instead of dismissing our project, they creatively reworked the design to ensure we could maintain our desired production levels and costs. We were even able to add a few more panels to fully meet our energy needs! They were also incredibly helpful navigating a delay with tree removal and ensured the installation process moved smoothly once it was time to get started. The installation itself was quick, clean, and professional. We did have a few minor communication hiccups during the installation, but they were addressed promptly and efficiently, and the system was up and running within just ten days!   Josh Mailloux from ACE was fantastic to work with throughout the entire solar installation process. He was consistently professional and incredibly helpful, from the initial proposal all the way through the installation itself. He patiently explained the SREC process, and we really appreciated him proactively checking on our system’s performance and immediately alerting us when there was a reporting issue – it turned out to be a simple glitch, but his attention to detail was impressive.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the solar installation. Josh and Shirley were incredibly responsive and helpful, really taking the time to walk me through all the paperwork. They were especially proactive when the Historic District Commission required a meeting – it was great that Josh attended and kept me informed every step of the way. There were a few delays due to the permitting process, but Josh went above and beyond to keep me updated and make sure the rescheduled installation fit my schedule perfectly.
