  Danilo was fantastic! He arrived right on time this morning and was so friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything he was doing. He replaced my furnace motor and cleaned my central AC – it’s working perfectly now, and I’m enjoying the nice cool air.   Mark and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new ductless AC unit on Monday. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left.   “I was really pleased with the service I received from MAC HVAC. I contacted them to get a deep clean done on a rental unit with four mini-splits, and they were fantastic. The two-man team was punctual, incredibly considerate of the rental property, and even left it cleaner than when they arrived – which was amazing, especially given the current situation. They took the time to fully understand what I needed, and they brought the right tools and team to do the job perfectly. It was such a refreshing experience compared to a previous service I’d used – I’d definitely recommend MAC HVAC, especially for Mitsubishi mini-split work!” report abuse

  “I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Danilo from MAC HVAC. My upstairs AC unit went out a couple of days ago, and thankfully, a friend was able to get it running before Danilo arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem – mice had chewed on the wiring – and took care of it completely. He then checked out the rest of the system, even discovering a new small leak in the condensation pump that hadn’t been there before. He’s just a really knowledgeable and honest guy, and I appreciated his perspective – he really seemed focused on keeping the unit running as long as possible, given its age. I felt like I could trust him completely. The service charge of $99 was an absolute bargain, considering everything he did. I’ll definitely be having him service my units from now on until it’s time for a replacement, which he rightly pointed out is likely to be sooner rather than later. I highly recommend Danilo and MAC HVAC – great service!” report abuse

  Danilo was fantastic! We called him out at 7 pm and he got back to us within 20 minutes – incredibly responsive. He scheduled a visit for the next morning at 7:15 am, and he arrived right on time. He was so professional and courteous, and really took the time to explain everything about our AC unit, even giving us some helpful tips for keeping it running smoothly.   Danilo was fantastic! We’ve been dealing with a leaking AC for a month, and the other company just kind of patched it up with more refrigerant without really investigating. Danilo took the time to thoroughly inspect the whole unit and quickly found the leak. He also took care of a few other minor issues – he really went above and beyond to get the job done right. report abuse

  Danilo was fantastic – he really went above and beyond with our cooling system. He was incredibly diligent in figuring out the issue with our air conditioner and, best of all, he explained everything so clearly and patiently.
