“Honestly, the flaggers seemed to be just messing around. They sat there for about 20 minutes with nothing going on – the lane was completely clear and nobody was crossing. It felt like they were playing games rather than actually directing traffic. Despite this frustrating experience being my first time working with them, I did notice they clearly knew what they were doing and were effective when they finally needed to step in.”
