This was a really disappointing experience. It appears the customer misrepresented the situation, and unfortunately, despite my efforts, it became clear they weren’t being truthful. It’s clear there wasn’t much support from the team – only Sue seemed genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of things. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend this client to anyone, and the low rates reflect the challenges we faced.
