More recently, in 2021, my front door seal needed replacing, and I was also considering a third door replacement. Despite now being outside their service area, Tim went above and beyond by arranging for the seal to be replaced without any cost to me, and he even connected me with a local installer, providing all the previous order details to ensure a seamless replacement.   O’Sullivan Installs did a fantastic job installing new siding on our house three years ago, and we’re still thrilled with the results. Recently, we experienced some damage from solar melt, but their team stepped up immediately. They took full ownership of the problem, handled it with a real sense of urgency, and quickly resolved the issue.   I’ve been using O’Sullivan Installs for over seven years now – they did my siding, windows, and doors, and I’ve always been really pleased with their work. Just recently, a handle on my screen door broke, and I contacted them. Tim, the owner, called me back quickly, took care of the problem, and assured me not to worry. To my surprise, and honestly, incredibly gratefully, he didn’t charge me a thing! It’s clear Tim and his team genuinely care about their customers and doing the right thing.   Overall, I was extremely pleased with this company. I received quotes from several different businesses, and their price was just right. My sales representative was fantastic – really knowledgeable and always easy to reach if I had any questions. The installation crew was a bit of a long day (10 hours!), but they were incredibly courteous and did an absolutely outstanding job, and they took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Tim O’Sullivan and his team did on my house. They completely transformed it – we replaced all the vinyl siding, installed two new bay windows, and a gorgeous new front door. While they weren’t the cheapest option, they were definitely worth the investment. They used top-quality materials and paid incredible attention to detail, and you really got what you paid for. Tim himself was fantastic to work with, and the whole crew was a well-coordinated, professional bunch. They were always punctual, working diligently from early morning until late, and they were incredibly thorough. They even cleaned up perfectly after each day's work. I was particularly impressed with how they handled the existing window trim – they wrapped it in PVC with perfectly mitered corners, and it looks absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I was worried about hidden problems, but Tim and his team were completely upfront about everything, pointing out areas of rot and replacing any damaged plywood or sills. They even took care of some subpar work from a previous contractor without adding a huge amount to the cost. It’s clear they’re passionate about their work – you can tell they enjoy what they do, and that comes through in the quality of their craftsmanship.
