  Todd has been a fantastic resource for us since 2009. He’s incredibly practical and down-to-earth, which is exactly what we appreciate in a structural engineer. Unlike some, he’s really good at keeping projects focused and avoiding unnecessary expansion. As a licensed architect working with multiple states, we handle most of our structural design internally, but Todd’s always there to provide extra support – things like detailed shear analysis or helping us navigate tricky situations with builders.   Todd was incredibly unreliable. He happened to be just a half-mile from my office, and I needed a quick structural review of my foundation over the weekend. When I called to confirm my first appointment, I was told it had to be moved to the following Saturday – which completely disrupted my schedule. Then, to my surprise, he didn’t show up at all that Saturday. I tried to get in touch with him, but there was no answer, no apology, nothing. Thankfully, I was able to find a much more reliable engineer who kept his promises. I finally reached out to Todd a week later, but he offered no explanation for his complete lack of professionalism and just wanted to reschedule – frankly, it felt completely dismissive. report abuse
