I had a really terrible experience renting from this place. They gave me a machine that was immediately faulty – within two days of picking it up, it was leaking water everywhere. I contacted them to discuss the issue and was unfortunately hung up on twice by the owner, who identified himself as Bob. It’s completely unacceptable that they provided a defective machine and then handled my concerns so dismissively. The owner needs to take responsibility for the poor service and the clearly negligent staff member representing the company.
