  Overall, we had a really positive experience with Ambient. From the very beginning, their customer service was excellent – we received a quick response to our initial inquiry within 24 hours. Mike was fantastic; he was incredibly punctual and took the time to answer all of our questions when he came to assess the job. While the quote was a little higher than the others we got, we ultimately decided to go with Ambient because of how easy it was to communicate with Mike.   Mike did a fantastic job getting us an estimate for insulating our new addition. He really took the time to explain everything involved and offered some really smart suggestions that were perfect for what we were looking for. We were also incredibly impressed with his pricing, his customer service, and how meticulous he was – the job site was spotless after he finished.
