We’ve worked with them several times and have always been incredibly pleased with their responsiveness, efficiency, and the high quality of their repairs.   Mark was fantastic! We had a really frustrating situation with a leaky pipe hidden behind our kitchen wall and were completely stumped. He responded so quickly, came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a really fair price. Beyond that, he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions, and was just a really nice guy to work with.   I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Cullen Plumbing! We used him through a friend for a few small fixes in our previous home, and he was fantastic – reliable and affordable. Just last night, our heat and hot water suddenly went out, and he called us at 7 am to let us know he’d have it sorted by the time we got back from work, and thankfully, he did!   Mark and his team were fantastic! Mark himself came to give us an estimate and was so helpful, informative, and genuinely kind – everything you could want in a contractor. He really walked us through all the different options and gave us a very fair price. When the team arrived for the job, they were punctual, introduced themselves clearly, explained exactly what they were going to do, and answered all our questions patiently.   Cullen was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He consistently delivered excellent work at a fair price, and was always punctual and reliable. Beyond that, the office team was incredibly friendly and helpful. But honestly, the biggest thing was Cullen’s ability to handle my mother-in-law – and let’s just say you don’t want to deal with her! Seriously, if you need a plumber, Cullen is the one to call. He’s a genuinely great guy, and I wish he serviced a wider area – Seekonk, for example! report abuse

  Mark is a really trustworthy and personable guy. It’s great to see a business owner take such a hands-on approach – he actually went to my mom’s house, diagnosed the heating problem, and kept me updated.
