  Simon Paving really impressed me. My neighbor and I decided to get our driveways done together, and we were lucky to find them – they turned out to be a pretty big operation out of Romulus doing work all over the area. They offered the best price, and they started the job promptly. My neighbor’s project was quite complex, involving a full tear-up and slope work for drainage, which they handled expertly. My own driveway was simpler, just a two-inch overlay, but I wasn’t entirely happy with the initial result. It looked fantastic, but after the first rain, I had some water pooling in my garage. I contacted Bob, the sales rep, and he immediately sent a crew back – four guys and heavy equipment – who spent an extra hour and 1/2 and added a lot of asphalt to fix the drainage issue. It was fantastic customer service, really going above and beyond. Honestly, it showed they genuinely wanted me to be satisfied, and that’s what ultimately made Simon Paving a great company in my opinion. report abuse
