From the initial discussions with the project manager through the actual installation, everything ran incredibly smoothly.   “Our experience with Gallagher was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. We invested over $80,000 in a new fire system a couple of years ago, and immediately encountered serious issues. They installed an outdated panel, and we were then subjected to endless service calls as they refused to honor any warranty. They continually charged us exorbitant fees to simply fix temporary problems, until one of their own technicians bluntly admitted the panel was hopelessly outdated and couldn’t even be updated. Ultimately, we cut our losses, paid the final balance, and had the system removed by another company. The new installation was flawless, thankfully. However, even two years later, Gallagher continues to send us bills for fire system monitoring, despite the fact that we no longer have their system – we had to replace it entirely. We’ve contacted them repeatedly to resolve this billing issue, but it’s been a complete nightmare with countless emails and phone calls yielding no results.” report abuse
