  “I reached out to get estimates for some driveway repairs and sealcoating, and unfortunately, my experience with this company was really disappointing. I made it clear that I needed these estimates quickly due to a lengthy approval process, but the initial appointment was cancelled with no explanation. When the owner, Curtis, finally arrived, he explained that the person who’d originally prepared the estimates was out, delaying the process further. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I still hadn’t received anything. During one call, Curtis seemed to forget my name and property details, and when I reminded him of the urgency, he became defensive and accused me of being ‘nasty,’ ultimately deciding he didn't want to work with me.
