David from Phantom Screens was absolutely fantastic to work with – truly a lifesaver on our project! He was incredibly proactive, coming in six months ahead of schedule to coordinate with the builders and ensure everything was perfectly prepared. He even visited the construction site himself to discuss the details with the team. Because of his attention to detail and responsiveness, the installation went incredibly smoothly and the final result is excellent. He’s been consistently checking in with us to make sure everything is running perfectly, and he’s always available if we had any questions. Honestly, it was by far the least stressful part of a huge project, thanks to David’s professionalism and dedication.

“I was really pleased with the service I received. My garage door spring broke down on a Friday afternoon, and Midwest responded incredibly quickly, sending a technician out to my house within an hour. He fixed the problem really fast, and I’m so grateful they could get someone out there so quickly.”

“We’ve been really disappointed with the experience we’ve had getting our window screens fixed after moving into our new home last year. We noticed several were defective, and it took a lot of effort to get Midwest to address the issue. They managed to repair two of the screens, but then we had to have all ten replaced. Sadly, two of the new ones also had the same problem, and the technician clearly documented this. When we contacted Midwest again, they wouldn’t offer any further assistance – just the standard runaround. Honestly, it’s clear they aren’t a service-oriented company and don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. I’d strongly recommend looking for a different company for your window repair needs.”

“I was really pleased with the service I received from Midwest Door and Window. David Knox was incredibly helpful and honest, and the whole team provided excellent service. The quality of their work – particularly with my new garage door opener – is fantastic; it’s so quiet and smooth. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door or window service, and I’ll certainly be continuing my business with them. Jeff, the installer, did a fantastic job too – a huge thanks!”

“I’d worked with this company previously and was happy with their service back then. However, things have completely changed. Now they’re barely providing any service – they haven’t returned my calls or emails, and it took a full month to schedule a simple window repair. When they finally arrived, they cancelled on the day with no prior notice, just a vague excuse about needing more staff. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and frankly, a really bad experience. I’d strongly advise against using this company – you’re likely to waste your time and possibly your money.”

“David initially seemed responsive, saying he’d send a quote within a few days after our initial inquiry. However, a week passed with no update, and we followed up. Unfortunately, we never received the quote and, frustrated by the lack of communication, we ultimately had to go with another provider.”

Darren really went above and beyond – the new garage door installation was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall. He’s definitely the guy to call for any garage door needs.

David and Midwest Door were fantastic to work with. He really took the time to explain everything involved and kept us informed every step of the way, even helping us choose the perfect door.

Overall, I’ve been really pleased with the service so far. The sales team is incredibly helpful and they really took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Plus, the prices were very competitive. I’m still waiting for the windows and doors to be installed, but based on the quality of the staff I’ve met, I’m confident I’ll be very happy with the final result.

“We’re absolutely thrilled with this company! The service has been fantastic and we’re really pleased with the quality of their garage doors – they’re fantastic.”
