  I was really impressed with ASAP Garage Doors! I’d definitely recommend them. It was my first time dealing with a garage problem, and they were fantastic. Mike came out the same day I called to assess the situation, and while he explained that a full replacement was needed, he was honest and transparent. I ended up choosing ASAP because they were the most affordable, and I specifically asked for Mike for the installation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he really put me at ease throughout the whole process. We had a couple of weather-related rescheduling issues in January, which is completely understandable, but the installation itself was incredibly smooth.   A-1 Garage Door Repair Systems really came through for me. I had a spring break and my car was stuck in the garage, but Dave, the owner, was incredibly helpful right away. He checked to make sure I wasn’t trapped himself and quickly got Dennis, one of the service reps, to my house. While it was a 4-hour wait – not an emergency – Dennis was really personable and professional. He quickly fixed the spring, took a look at the whole door, and explained everything he was doing. To top it off, they waived the service charge because I’m a regular customer, and I received my receipt via email before he left. I’d definitely recommend A-1 of Michigan! report abuse
