  “We had a really frustrating experience with Tech. He seemed inexperienced, took a long time to diagnose the problem, and just told us it was faulty without really explaining anything. We were hesitant to agree to repairs that cost over $400, especially since the furnace had been working perfectly before. Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, another issue popped up, and after a three-hour visit, he still couldn’t figure it out and recommended yet another expensive fix. We ended up getting a second opinion from a different technician who found absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace – it’s now running smoothly.   Anthony and DCL HVAC Solutions were absolutely fantastic! We were completely without heat at our vacation home in McHenry on a really cold, snowy night, and Anthony was there within what felt like minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got a replacement part, and even came back that same night to get it installed.
