“I had a really frightening experience today. This driver was speeding out of a parking lot and almost collided with me. Afterwards, he was driving incredibly erratically, constantly swerving, and I even saw him using his phone while on the road. When I honked to warn him, he reacted by flipping me off and continuing to be distracted.”
