I cannot recommend Cynthia for this role. There were serious concerns raised about her conduct, including inappropriate and racially insensitive comments about her clients and others, as well as a lack of respect for personal boundaries and privacy. Her behavior was consistently unprofessional and unacceptable.

I also felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened by his aggressive behavior towards me and my family, including a frightening incident on the stairs where he pushed my stepmother.”

I cannot recommend this company. My experience was extremely negative due to the behavior of one of their employees, Cynthia Segriff. I witnessed her conduct myself, and it was consistently unprofessional, rude, and frankly, quite disrespectful. I strongly advise you to consider other options before engaging their services.
