  I just wanted to share my really positive experience with Apollo Energy. I recently had a relatively small project – upgrading the communication for my Solaredge inverter since the old 2G cellular system was being phased out. I opted for a direct ethernet connection to my modem and router, and I was really pleased with the whole process. Cody and Landen were both incredibly helpful and informative, and while I was initially hesitant about the Apollo+ subscription, the discounts and their established reputation ultimately convinced me. David, the electrician, was fantastic – he arrived the next day and skillfully used existing wiring whenever possible, only needing a small connection between the inverter and my phone utility box. He was so knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. I’m definitely happy with Apollo Energy and plan to continue working with them for the long term. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Apollo Energy. I’d been researching solar for years and was so excited to finally get started. From our initial consultation all the way through the installation of my completely finished system, the team was incredibly professional and helpful. They really went the extra mile to answer all my questions and took great care during the installation. They not only did a great job installing our solar system, but after they finished, they even took the time to re-fluff the insulation and vacuum the area under the attic access, leaving everything spotless.   I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with Apollo. Honestly, it’s rare to find a company so genuinely focused on the customer – it’s the kind of service we really need more of these days. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help us with our solar system issue. They immediately started troubleshooting over the phone, and they were so determined to resolve the problem without a costly visit. They continued to assist us via text, and thankfully, they were able to fix it without needing to send someone out. When the technician did come, he was fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.   “I went with Apollo Energy to install my solar system back in August 2020, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Production has been consistently good, and I haven’t had any issues at all. Interestingly, on a cloudy day recently – March 21st, 2021 – a few of the panels even pushed close to 327 watts, which is a fantastic 105% of their rated 310-watt capacity. While it didn’t last long due to the weather, it was a really impressive demonstration of the system’s performance.   “I can’t recommend Apollo Energy highly enough! From the very beginning, working with Cooper, Leilani, and Landon was a genuinely positive experience. They were incredibly respectful of our time and never pushed us into anything. Their visits were efficient and focused, and they truly went above and beyond to make our solar installation a success. Our home is older, and there were a few things that needed to be addressed before we could move forward, including finding a reliable roofing contractor – they handled all the bids and let us choose. They even took care of all the complicated paperwork with the permits and the power company, keeping us fully informed every step of the way. It was a huge relief knowing they were managing everything, and they’d regularly update us on the progress. My husband has wanted to do this for years, and thanks to Apollo Energy, we were finally able to make it happen.
