“We were incredibly pleased with the service we received from NV Home and, specifically, from Teresa and Alvaro who did the repairs and paint work on our home. They were fantastic – so fast, detail-oriented, and did a truly excellent job. We were especially impressed with the quality of their work. And I also want to give a big thanks to Erin for her prompt and professional communication. Overall, it was top-notch service!”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Ryan Homes has had Wayne Drywall handle under my warranty. I’ve had four separate drywall issues, and despite multiple visits, they’ve never actually resolved them. In fact, each time they’ve been there, the repairs have often made things look worse – with mismatched paint, bumpy walls, and unfinished work. It’s clear the workers aren’t properly trained or invested in the quality of their work, and I strongly advise against using Wayne Drywall if you’re dealing with Ryan Homes.

“I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Wayne Drywall did on my home. Honestly, the quality was shockingly poor – the drywall was the worst I’ve ever seen, and the painting and staining was just unacceptable. To make matters worse, they tracked mud across my brand new lawn, which hadn’t even been leveled yet. It felt like they didn't care about my property at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone; they clearly lack respect for homeowners and their property. Furthermore, communication was a huge issue due to the fact that none of the workers spoke English, and they frequently used inappropriate language. It was a truly frustrating and unprofessional experience.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I can’t recommend this company. Honestly, I wouldn’t go near them. We had a brand new NV home, and from the start, the quality of the work was incredibly poor – the drywall was completely messed up, with tape, mudding, and nail pops everywhere. And to make matters worse, the office staff were completely unprofessional. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs and be firm – don’t let them pressure you into accepting anything less than perfect.”

“We recently had drywall repairs done by Wayne, who was working through Keystone Custom Homes. As part of our one-year warranty, we were hoping for a proper fix, but unfortunately, the quality of the work was very concerning. Wayne’s approach – simply covering screw and nail pops with extra mud – wasn’t a real solution; it just masked the problem and it’s already reappeared after just a week. It’s clear he wasn’t addressing the underlying issues, and the repair felt like a temporary band-aid rather than a lasting fix. Honestly, the quality was poor, and we strongly advise against using Wayne or any builder who employs him.”

I was really disappointed with the service I received from Lennar. It seemed like they were cutting corners, and the quality of the work was quite sloppy – they didn’t seem to respect my home at all. The scheduling was a nightmare too; they sent just two people to a job that was supposed to take a day, and one of them disappeared for over an hour, leaving the other guy completely alone. Ultimately, they didn't finish the work and didn’t return the next day, and it took over a month to get them to even acknowledge the unfinished job and send someone else to complete it. It’s incredibly frustrating to constantly see mistakes and poor workmanship.

Overall, they did a fantastic job and the price was really competitive.
