  I was really disappointed with the service I received. The mower kept avoiding areas with dog poop, which was frustrating since it wasn’t brought up or discussed beforehand. After weeks of this happening, they wouldn't explain why they weren't completing the entire job. When I requested a refund for the missed sections of my yard, they ignored my emails and refused to provide any resolution. Honestly, I’m at a loss for what to do next. To add to the issue, they offered a small $10 refund for the work they *did* do, despite the significant portion of my yard being untouched. I have video evidence to back up my concerns, and I will absolutely not be using their services again. report abuse

Despite the company changing its name to ATD Landscaping in 2011, Tina and Anthony have remained consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable – we’ve truly gotten to know them over the last 15 years. We appreciate their competitive pricing and the fairness of their costs, but honestly, it’s the exceptional service they provide that keeps us coming back.
