Honestly, I was pretty let down by the response I received. While I understand people get busy, the fact that it took nearly three weeks to get a reply – after following the office lady’s instructions – felt really unprofessional. It wasn’t a problem when I first inquired, but the delayed response made it seem like my project wasn't being taken seriously. I wish they had responded sooner. I genuinely wish the business all the best, having been around for so long.
