  I’d strongly advise against using this service. The technician simply showed up and charged me $100 without actually addressing the issue, and I’m still completely in the dark about what was wrong. To add to that, he actually made a minor leak situation worse, and then tried to charge me an additional $190 to investigate it after he’d already left. report abuse

  Casey and his team were fantastic! We’ve used them before for smaller issues, but we were incredibly impressed when we found our basement flooding this evening. He arrived within 45 minutes – even at the end of the workday – and quickly resolved the problem.
